Hastings House is a welcoming, affordable space for the Beverly community to gather for all of life’s special moments. From family celebrations to community gatherings, this timeless space provides a warm, inclusive space where you can celebrate, connect, and belong.

Some of the ways the house has been used include: birthday parties, family reunions, baby showers, graduation celebrations, retirement parties, community dinners, town gatherings, club meetings, church gatherings, game nights, painting classes, blood drives, pickleball, basketball, cornhole tournaments, organization meetings and more. We have even hosted a reptile show and a wrestling tournament!,

Ways to Rent Hastings

Entire House

  • Enjoy the entire Hastings House—including the gym, kitchen, Estes Room, outdoor space, games cabinet, and more! Our large main hall accommodates up to 200 guests, perfect for wedding receptions, birthday parties, family or group celebrations, concerts, fundraisers, or indoor sports events.

    Other Features:

    • Hall wired with 4 wall-mounted speakers and coax hookups

    • Staging area with driveway access for equipment, tables, chairs, or catering

    • Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, double sinks, work island, and counters

    • 6-ft round and 8-ft rectangle tables plus folding chairs

    • Large reception/living area, coat room, commercial bathrooms, and covered porch

    • Outdoor space and plenty of street parking

    • Nearby catering, bars, and restaurants

  • $550 for 5 hours!

    ($500 for members)

Library

  • This room offers a formal yet cozy atmosphere featuring a chandelier, fireplace and book-lined walls, it’s perfect for business meetings, workshops, book clubs, or small gatherings. A quiet inviting, versatile setting for any occasion in Beverly Farms.

  • $50 for 3 hours!

Gym

  • Our bright, open gym is perfect for active gatherings of all kinds! With basketball hoops and plenty of space, it’s a great spot for team practices, youth games, fitness classes, speaker events, community craft fairs, and more! The flexible layout makes it easy to set up for sports or large group activities. (Please note: food and drink are not permitted in the gym unless renting the entire house.)

  • $100 for 3 hours!
